TFS 2.0 Ratings for Previous College Football Seasons

In TFS 2.0, the margin of victory bonus is capped at 14 points. That way a team is not rewarded for running up the score. The value of 14 points is chosen because it is not out of the question that a team may score a late touchdown to salt a game away. Additionally, a team is rewarded for holding a team to less than 14 points. The idea here is that most computer ratings systems disproportionately reward offensively minded teams. Hopefully, this brings some balance to the ratings. So here are the numbers:
